How should I care for my Wunderwurks Product? Please go to our About page for instructions on how to take good care of your Wunderwurks Product How can I purchase Wunderwurks products wholesale? If you are a store or distributer, and are interested in carrying a Wunderwurks Product, we would be happy to work with you. Please give us a call, or send us an email, and a Wunderwurks representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible. What kind of browser do I need in order to view your website? This website has been tested to work properly in Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled for you to make purchases. Can I place my order over the phone? If you prefer to place a phone order, you can call 212-431-6625, and we'd be happy to assist you with your order. Our office hours are 11:00 am to 6:30 pm EST, monday through friday. How do I know you received my order? We send two confirmation emails when your order is received. One informing you that we have received your order, and a second after we have processed your credit card information. How long will it take for me to receive my Wunderwurks products? We process orders every two days, and ship on the third. If you'd like to receive a tracking number for your purchase, we'd be happy to provide you with one. You should receive your order within 7 business days from the time of shipping. What credit cards do you accept? We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. Can orders be shipped outside the U.S.A.? As of right now, we can only ship orders placed over the internet within the U.S. and Canada. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to inquire about shipping outside the U.S. or Canada. How is sales tax calculated on orders? Sales tax is automatically collected for orders within New York State. You are responsible for complying with your local tax laws. What if the item I want is not in Stock? If the Item you are interested in is not in stock, a Wunderwurks representative will contact you with information of when it will become available. |
Do you provide custom colors or features for you products? In many cases, custom colors or patterns can be created for individual customers. Please contact a Wunderwurks representative to discuss your options. Extra charges will apply to customized orders. What is your returns policy? Merchandise purchased from Wunderwurks Design may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase, only if in original condition. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise. In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. To return an Item, you MUST contact us regarding the reasons for your return and a Wunderwurks representative will respond to your request promptly. Please be sure to pack the item exactly the way in which it was sent to you, and send it by UPS, Fed-Ex, or DHL within 30 days of purchase. Please be mindful that you are responsible for returning the item in good condition, so be sure to pack the item carefully. If the item you are returning is defective, please specify this when contacting Wunderwurks, so that we may issue you an RMA number, and we will cover the cost of the return shipment and arrange for a UPS call tag to have the merchandize picked up. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping.
